QUESTION ON NOTICE — Mr Hibbins to ask the Minister for Housing, Disability and Ageing —
What is the status of the proposed masterplan for Prahran's public housing estates?
Answer:
The Minister for Housing, Disability and Ageing: I am informed that:
- Work is progressing on finalisation of a preferred masterplan for the Prahran public housing estates.
- In developing the final plan, my department is considering the feedback from the 2014 community consultation together with other project and design priorities.
- The community will have an opportunity to review the final plan before it is submitted to the Minister for Planning for approval. The planning submission is expected to be lodged later this year.
