PETITION: SANDRINGHAM LINE

Take Action

To the Minister for Public Transport:

Trains on the Sandringham line are often overcrowded and infrequent. More than a quarter of services in the morning peak are overcrowded and passengers face further delays when changing to city loop trains at South Yarra or Richmond. Trains run only every 15 minutes during weekday off-peak times and every 20 minutes on the weekend.

The Sandringham line needs:

  •  Increased peak hour services
  • Services every 10 minutes during the weekday off-peak and the weekend
