Question without Notice: western distributor
Mr HIBBINS (Prahran) — My question is to the Premier. It is in regard to the western distributor toll road. The Premier has already said, 'This is an outstanding proposal'. Is stage 3 of the market-led proposal guidelines a genuine assessment or just a rubber stamp?

Second Reading: Domestic Animals Amendment Bill 2015

In previous debates regarding this matter — on previous bills and motions — the Greens have supported a review of how we can best prevent dog attacks. It is on that basis that we will be supporting this bill.
