Hi, I’m Sam Hibbins – our local Member of Parliament.
I'm proud to represent the wonderfully diverse community of Prahran and be a strong, independent voice in state parliament.
My job and privilege as our local Member of Parliament is also to assist you with any issues or concerns you may have.
